Agent Financials is a broker-branded financial hub for 1099 agents — bill pay, expense management, and early access to earned commissions on pending closings. All pulled directly from your back-office deal data, reconciled at close.

How does early commission access work?

When a deal is under contract, agents can access a portion of their earned commission before closing — pulled directly from the deal data in your back office. The remaining balance is automatically reconciled and released at close.

No third-party factoring, no high-interest advances. The agent accesses what they've already earned.

What is SoloK and how does it differ from a regular 401(k)?

SoloK is a Pooled Employer Plan (PEP) Solo 401(k) purpose-built for independent real estate professionals. It lets agents contribute up to $70,000/year ($77,500 if 50+) in tax-advantaged retirement savings — both Traditional (pre-tax) and Roth (after-tax).
