Why we exist

The agents and brokers we worked with were running modern businesses on twenty-year-old back-office infrastructure. They didn't need another front-end app. They needed someone to fix the plumbing.

We've all sat across the desk from the same problem: brokerages paying for five disconnected systems — trust accounting, commissions, onboarding, documents, reporting — to do the work of one. Agents waiting weeks to access commissions they'd already earned. Audit prep that took weeks instead of an afternoon.

So we built Upfront. One ledger for back-office accounting, modular tools for everything else — purpose-built for residential real estate, with the financial services agents have always deserved layered on top.
